During Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2011, I checked out the premiere of Gabriela Moya's women's ready-to-wear collection at the Empire Hotel. Gabriela collaborated with renowned Cuban artist Carlos Estevez, exploring the dreams, illusions and aspirations of contemporary women. The prints are artistic and unique, with an elegant ease.
I also learned about Fashion Delivers™ Charitable Foundation, Inc., which provides donations of new men's, women's and home products to women, men, families and survivors of natural disasters.
During the day throughout fashion week, guests were able to receive spray tans from Suvara and hair styling by Ricardo Rojas Salon - they did a fabulous job curling my hair, with MOROCCANOIL products! Gift bags included products from MOROCCANOIL, Dr. Christine Rodgers EnPointe Skin Solutions, Café Bustelo, popchips and more. Cocktails were also served from 4-8pm daily.
