ELEMIS Superfood Skincare

My go-to skincare recently has been 100% vegan-friendly ELEMIS Superfood. The Superfood skincare range features a Pre-Biotic, designed to aid on supporting the good-for-you microflora on the skin's surface, helping to balance and maintain the skin's delicate ecosystem. Supergreen and Supergrain Complexes, rich in anti-oxidants, omega fatty acids, vitamins and minerals nourish the skin. 

 The ELEMIS Superfood skincare line includes Superfood Facial Wash ($25), best-selling, award-winning Superfood Facial Oil, Superfood Day Cream ($45) and Superfood Night Cream ($55).

Avocado, Broccoli and Pumpkin Seed oils are combined with a natural Pre-Biotic to help balance my skin when using the The Superfood Facial Wash. Wheatgrass, Kale and Nettle combine to leave the skin looking luminous, bright and radiant. This facial wash is deep cleansing and feels so refreshing. 

A little goes a long way with the Superfood Facial Oil, so I don't need to apply too much of it. I apply 1-2 drops on my face and 1-2 drops on my neck, before applying a moisturizer. The facial oil contains anti-oxidant and omega-rich oils including Broccoli, Flax Seed and Daikon Radish.

The Superfood Day Cream is rich with anti-oxidant oils and hydrates the skin with vitamin rich Superfoods. A protective Pre-Biotic is combined with Superfoods of Ginger, Matcha Tea and Goji Berry. leaving the skin healthy looking. The day cream is lightweight and has a non greasy formula, which is especially important to me since my skin tends to be more oily in the summer. 

The omega-rich Superfood Night Cream is perfect for dry and deleted skin. A protective Pre-Biotic and concentrated Superfoods of Barley, Quinoa and Sweet Almond Milk nourish the skin. I've at times used the same moisturizer for day and night, but I love having this night cream as a dedicated moisturizer for my nightly skincare regimen. I don't get enough sleep during the week (usually about 5 hours) yet I feel like this does wonders for my skin overnight.

Since I just turned 41 this spring, I'm looking more toward skincare lines that will help my skin maintain a radiant and youthful appearance, and I feel like I can really count on this skincare line. The line is also beautifully bottled and I prefer how the day and night cream dispenses to ensure you are only using the amount that you need.

I love trying out an entire skincare line together, as I feel all the ingredients are really working together as a whole. The entire line smells amazing, and leaves my skin feeling soft, refreshed and hydrated. It's the perfect skincare regimen for spa-at-home luxury. I'm amazed at how well the Superfood Collection really absorb into my skin and doesn't just sit on the surface.
